PHWR is located just South oh Alamo, NV on Hwy 93. At the upper lake. There are 15 sites (#15 is a handicap spot) about half of the sites will accommodate a 40 footer (We are 38ft.) the spots are fairly level. 14 days of free camping is allowed. You can make a donation. There are 3 vault toilets. Advertising fishing but the camp host said mostly carp. If you depend on solar sites 2,3,4, and 5 are the best.
