Toad Locking Pins Still There?

Just an important note on Blue Ox's locking pins for a "toad". They are all are keyed the same (P01).
We had misfortune to trust them as a deterrent, but another RV'er decided to remove one of ours, which could have caused a fatal accident on the Interstate.
Always check everything, even deterrent devices.
